Every child in America, at some point, has heard the words: “As long as you are living under my roof, you will abide by my rules.” As a child, it’s super annoying, but once a parent, paying bills, getting groceries, repairing broken appliances, etc., one quickly comes to the same conclusion as one’s parents—my roof, my rules. Well, the U.S. Constitution is supposed to be the unifying law that binds Americans together. Serving several “gods”, however, will be our national undoing.
